Leah Salmon – The Naturally You Coach

The Naturally You Coach, Speaker coach, bestselling author and natural health enthusiast, Leah has worked with people of all ages worldwide over the past 11 years, helping them to use their foods, natural remedies, lifestyle changes and their mindset to boost their health. More recently, Leah began to focus on helping busy parents professionals and business owners like herself to find time and motivation to achieve their health and life goals.

Her journey into natural health and nutrition began when she was just 11 years old when she decided to become vegetarian. Her stressful, soya and junk food filled teens resulted in her developing a concerning gynaecological condition. After seeking help from doctors who dismissed her condition, she began studying nutrition, aromatherapy and herbal medicine and managed to cure herself using herbs and foods. This sparked her passion to help others use the power of nature and coaching, as she had done, to free themselves of illness, so they don’t need to suffer as she had done.

The biggest message that Leah wants to spread is that improving your health naturally, using whole natural foods is much easier that many people think, you don’t have to put up with your health conditions or be bound to a life on medication to manage symptoms. Vibrant health is not found in a pill, surgery, harmful chemical or crash fad diet, but in living a life that’s Naturally You. You can break free from disease, live a fulfilling and rich life and achieve your health goals and most importantly, with support, there’s nothing you can’t achieve.
