How To Get There:

Deptford Lounge is situated on Giffin Square, just off 

Deptford’s bustling high street.

By Train
Deptford Station (Zone 2) is a two minute walk from Deptford Lounge. A frequent service to London Bridge and Cannon Street stations in central London runs every ten minutes, with a journey time of around ten minutes. Trains also run on to Slade Green, Dartford and Barnehurst. The station offers step free access.

New Cross Station (Zone 2) is a five minute walk from Deptford Lounge. The station is on the London Overground with regular trains to numerous central London stations including Cannon Street, Dalston Junction, Highbury and Islington. Trains run southbound to Sidcup, Bexley Heath and Orpington.

By Bus
Buses 47, 53, 177, 188, 199, 225 and 453 all stop nearby.

By Car
New Cross Road (A2), Creek Road (A200) Deptford Church Street (A2209) are the nearest main roads.

If you’re coming from the West, follow the A2 through New Cross, after New Cross Station, take the fourth left onto Deptford Church Street. Giffin Street is the third turning on the left and leads you into Giffin Square.

If you’re coming from the East, follow the A2 towards New Cross. Pass Greenwich High Street, cross Deptford Bridge, and take your first right into Deptford Church Street. Giffin Street is the third turning on the left and leads you into Giffin Square.

Please be aware that there are major roadworks currently taking place on Deptford High Street and it is closed to traffic on market days so it is best to avoid it when making your journey by car.
Free street parking is available on and Frankham Street, Octavius Street and Watson’s Street.
